Nuts & Bolts: Moving From Design to Implementation

Tuesday, May 11, 10:00 - 11:30 am

This session will help foundations move from design to implementation by examining the basic requirements for implementing a PRI program, including integration of PRIs into financial and grants management systems; ensuring legal and reporting compliance; building capacity for due diligence, monitoring, risk-rating and reporting; and structuring agreements with nonprofit and for-profit partners. Participants will hear from experienced PRI makers, and participate in small group discussions that will answer practical questions directly relevant to their own work. This workshop is designed for program officers, financial officers, grant managers, and others with direct responsibility for implementation.
