PRI Makers Network Staff

Peter Berliner, Managing Director
Peter Berliner joined PRI Makers Network as managing director in January 2009. Peter was formerly the program director of The Paul G. Allen Family Foundation and executive director of Children’s Alliance, a nonprofit organization advocating for children in Washington state. Peter served as president of the Philanthropy Northwest board from 2003 - 2005.

Paul Feldman, Information Resources Manager
Paul Feldman joined PRI Makers Network in April 2011. Paul was formerly policy and communications director at the National Association of People with AIDS and deputy director of Health Privacy Project in Washington, DC, and in Seattle was policy coordinator at Lifelong AIDS Alliance, proprietor of an accounting and bookkeeping service with a number of nonprofit clients, and finance and policy director at Chicken Soup Brigade. He served on the board of directors of AIDS Housing of Washington, now Philanthropy Northwest member Building Changes, Northwest AIDS Foundation, Country Doctor Community Clinic, and the DC-based Federal AIDS Policy Partnership. Paul graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Shiho Fuyuki, Program Associate
Shiho Fuyuki joined Philanthropy Northwest and PRI Makers Network in June 2009. Shiho is responsible for managing key administrative functions of the PRI Makers Network including communications, events management, and board support. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and Management from Seattle Pacific University. 

Ellen Stearns, Program and Membership Consultant
Ellen Stearns is a nonprofit and philanthropic consultant and provides support to the Network's membership and training efforts. She has worked in the sector for the past 18 years; previous roles include managing corporate giving at Holland America Line and RealNetworks, and operational and programmatic positions at the Washington Forest Law Center, the Municipal League of King County and Philanthropy Northwest. She has a bachelor's degree in English and Government from Claremont McKenna College and an MPA from the University of Washington.

PRI Makers Network is governed by a Steering Committee of leaders in the PRI-making and social investing field. Interested members are welcome to join membership subcommittees and to be considered for open positions on the Steering Committee.
